Wrapping Up 2019

This year has taken me to dental providers a record number of times. I just returned from what I think will be the last visit that I have this year. One of these days I will catch you all up on the entire year or last three years.

It was a lot and it was ridiculous. It all comes down to arrogant providers whom either think they have x-ray vision so they look in your mouth and say "I don't see anything wrong" or conversely they do look at x-rays and CT scans and still say "I don't see anything wrong" while ignoring the subjective complaints and reported symptoms.

Every good health care provider knows that the patient's history contains the most important information. Radiology may or may not provide corresponding evidence. Radiology is simply one piece of the puzzle. A good provider would NEVER brush a patient off just because they can't see the problem in the x-rays, because a good provider knows that not every problem can be seen in x-rays or CT scans. I talked about this in my last post.

So on 10/15/2019 I went to see an oral surgeon whom previously extracted a couple of my teeth years ago.

After everything this year, I still had two teeth bothering me. The teeth had crowns on them. One was because of a huge cavity and the other because of a fracture. Realistically my options at this time were to have root canals or extractions. I won't have root canals, so extractions were the only option.

The teeth were supposed to be extracted by a different oral surgeon and even though the extractions were paid for she decided that she wouldn't do them. She decided I needed to see an endodontist to prove something was wrong with the teeth and then negligently failed to provide me with a referral to an endodontist.

This left me once again looking for help so I ended up at this guy's office in Fort Myers, FL. I didn't really like him previously, but I remembered that when he did the extractions I didn't have any pain. He made it seem easy. He just popped the teeth out vs another guy in town whom I was sure was going to break my jaw.

So back to him I went. He had a pano done and pulled his old chart on me. I told him of all of the problems that I had been having and how I know that these two teeth are giving me headaches and making me ill. He said something about "I think we have had this conversation before" and "I don't see anything on the x-rays" blah, blah, blah. Then he said "I have to decide if ethically I want to pull these two teeth". Finally I said "not pulling these teeth would be negligence because we all know that not everything can be seen on x-rays". "I, being a physical therapist treat people ALL day long that have legitimate problems that don't show up on x-rays". With that he conceded and stated "I really can't tell you that nothing is wrong with those two teeth under the crowns because I can't see through the crowns on x-rays". In my head I was like "yeah, I know duh". He then begrudgingly agreed to extract the teeth.

I told him about a ridge of bone in the right maxilla that seeps and is making me ill, too. I also mentioned that it needs cleaned up and smoothed out before I can get partials. He angrily said to me "I am not going to work on an area that was done by another provider". I then informed him that the other provider has passed on, so he wouldn't mind. He brushed the comment off. I thought may be we could revisit the subject after the extractions were done.

On Friday, November 8, 2019 he completed the extractions. Prior to the procedure he was stiffly friendly and made tense small talk. Then after the extractions he was looking at the teeth and he said "that one looks like it might be cracked". Then he back tracked and said "but it is really hard to tell".

He asked when I had last been on antibiotics and then didn't say anything else about them.

I was scheduled an appointment to return in one week, but if I didn't need it then I could cancel.

I went home. I was really tired. I laid down on my bed. The left side of my body started shaking. My left arm and leg was itching, my left axilla, spleen, groin and back hurt more than my mouth. My body was processing the fact that the source of so much infection had been removed.

I took it fairly easy over the weekend. The left side of my body and lymphatic system continued to feel bogged down, but the shaking and itching decreased.

Monday morning I woke up with a headache on the left again and to what felt like a solid flow of drainage from these two extraction sites. I was so nauseous, but sucked it up and went to work. The drainage became intermittent throughout the day and next few days.

By Wednesday, what I feel is system overload with infection hit. I woke up tired. Dragged myself to the iced coffee. Forced myself to work, where I barely kept my eyes open.

I normally have a low tolerance to caffeine. I consumed more on that day, then I do in 2 weeks. I still couldn't wake up. I left work early, went home and went to bed. Thursday was a little better, but here it is Friday and when I got up this morning I could barely get one foot to move in front of the other.

I know that this is my body processing all of the infection and it is going to take a while. What I don't know and what is left to be seen is if the bone in these two sockets are inflamed or infected and if my body will be able to heal itself. Normally there isn't drainage after extractions, so I am inclined to think that it is infected and the drainage is coming from the bone.

I still have a lot of inflammation around the one extraction site, the left side of my face is puffy, my throat is sore from the seepage, the left side of my neck is stiff, my axilla hurts, my left leg is swollen and I am drop dead exhausted.

I went back to the oral surgeon today expecting that he would order antibiotics. I don't really want to be on them when I know that there are homeopathic options, but he is a mainstream oral surgeon so my expectation was that he would prescribe antibiotics and see me back in a couple of weeks. That would have been the responsible thing for a provider whom is an MD, DDS to do.

He walked in the room, past me. Grumbled something about it being a nice day to drive because it was pouring rain and I had to drive an hour and half to get there. He put on gloves and said, "lets take a look". He looked and said "everything looks like it is healing as it should".

I told him about my issues on Friday after the extraction, about the drainage on Monday and the overwhelming fatigue and an area of bone which I think doesn't feel right. It is probably infected or at least inflamed bone and is where the drainage is coming from.

All of these are clear signs to me that these two teeth and the surrounding tissues were infected, needed to be extracted and my body is processing/adjusting to having the portal of infection removed.

Then he reiterated that everything looks fine. I told him that I just wanted to let him know everything so that if I had to come back, he couldn't say "you never told me about any of that".

So he starts walking out of the room indicating that it was time for me to get out of the chair and leave. I got up and I said "well I guess I will just have to be tired then".

There were so many ways that he could have responded that would have been more appropriate, but he chose to say "I don't know what you want me to do". He then paused and said "maybe you should follow up with your primary care doctor".

I didn't think quick enough or I would have said "your fucking job, that is what I would like you to do".

Like I said above, this guy is an MD and DDS. He didn't go to school all of those years to just be a mechanic and pretend that he doesn't understand infection when someone spells it out to him.

Then standing in the door to his evaluation room, I asked who to see about partials. He refused to make any recommendations.

I didn't even breach the subject of who to see to have the right maxilla cleaned out. I will have to find a new dentist and try to discuss it with them. I can't get partials until this area is smoothed out at the least.

As I was walking out of his office I was shaking my head and I said pretty loud "wow that was a waste". I often mean to say things to myself, but they come out my mouth. Once I was out the front door I said even louder "you just added yourself to my to be sued list".

As I was getting in my truck, I looked up and saw him with his next patient. He wasn't looking at the patient. He was watching me through the window of the exam room. Who knows, may be I was loud enough that he heard. Actually he just looked kind of surprised that I hopped up into a big 4-wheeled drive truck.

My intent is to sue him along with all of the other negligent providers this year. I hate to do that when he actually did do the extractions and did a good job. I had no pain from the extractions.

But a provider can't just leave a patient with widespread infection hanging without care. My primary care provider is not going to be able to clean out the infected bone in this socket, if my body isn't able to take care of it.

I drove my hour and a half home in the rain, crying with frustration.

I have antibiotics at home, along with many naturopathic remedies, but how can a medical provider be so callous, uncaring, blatantly negligent and reckless with my life and their license.

All of these providers may think that I am just a weak over emotional person, but the fact that I am still alive is proof of the contrary. I am nearly through with them playing Russian Roulette with my life. It is time for me to turn the tables and hold as many of them accountable as I can.

My Deep Thoughts on Radiology

I had a Ceretec White Blood Cell Scan done yesterday to look for a new onset of osteomyelitis of the jaw. The radiology tech told me that he slowed the scanner down to make sure that the images were crisp and clear. He took extra head shots and then the radiologist looked at the images.

The one thing the tech didn't do was take a good history.

I saw an ID doctor later in the day and was initially told that the results were "inconclusive" and then later told it was "negative".

I will get the report and images on CD next week and come to my own conclusions.

Here's my deep thoughts on radiology...a radiology report is only as good as the person looking at the images...and sometimes their motivating factor.

If the images are of good quality then the problem should be in the image, but it has to be recognized and/or not overlooked by the person looking at it.

In physical therapy school, we would say "C = PT".  Although realistically we had to maintain a "B" average. The point was that there are people who graduate at the top of their class and others are at the bottom, but were still able to graduate. Some of those at the bottom may have excelled in some areas more than the ones at the top. You never know where your provider was in the spectrum.

I recently was told that an oral surgeon looked at a CT of my jaw and "couldn't see anything wrong". I looked at it and compared it to hundreds of images online to confirm what I was seeing. The problem is obvious and blatant. I showed it to the ID doctor too and he indicated that perhaps the socket needs cleaned out.

In regards to the CT. I feel that the oral surgeon "didn't see anything wrong" and referred me to another oral surgeon, because I am a problem he just doesn't want to deal with and doesn't know how to deal with. The sad thing is that I went to his clinic, specifically to see him because he is the only one in this area that was in-network with my medical insurance.

I don't know this radiologist's experience. I don't know if he or she have any experience with osteomyelitis of the jaw. I don't know if the person consulted with another radiologist. I don't know if they looked at the CT of my jaw that I provided, but I doubt it since I was asked where the report was.

I do know, that the radiologist didn't have a good history, but the problem is so obvious that they should have been able to see it if they had bothered to look.

What I do know is that I will get a bill for their "work" whether they made a good effort or it was rushed and shoddy...

There really is no accountability in this particular case and I am sure that they know that.

I would hope that if they lacked experience with OM of the jaw or jaw problems, that they would have tried to find someone who was experienced, but since I work in healthcare and I see the effort of those around me, I have doubts.

STILL HERE..

Somehow I have survived this last year filled with pure incompetence and ongoing negligence. I really have only myself to thank for my ongoing survival.

If it weren't for the knowledge of holistic remedies that I have gained over the past 10 years, I am sure that this year and the severity of infection which I have suffered would have killed me.

I have been meaning to write on update or summary of this last year of hell, but I haven't been able to bring myself to sit down and really relive it.

I am ready now, but I have to be up early for work tomorrow. And since I still suffer from some degree of infection and fatigue, I need to go to bed.

DEJA VU

It's May 2019. It could just as well be 2008 all over again. Except now I have been through so much and lost so much. I don't have anything left to loose. I gave my business up years ago. I had to sale my house as a short sale last year. This ruined my credit. I literally have nothing left to show for the last 30 years that I have worked. I have lost EVERYTHING to arrogant and terribly incompetent dentists and other medical providers. And the fight still goes on, providing I live to see another day.....Stay tuned and I will catch you all up soon (also providing I live to see another day)...

The latest...and greatest...

It's now August 2016.  I am doing much better since my last few posts...with that said, I have had no actual "medical treatment" since the last posts.

After the last two "medical doctors", did nothing to help me, I have again taken matters into my own hands. The doctors really have left me no choice. They won't help me and then patronize me for the holistic treatments that have saved my life..

So what have I done:

1. I have used a comprehensive enzyme complex that can be purchased on Amazon called Natural Nutra Digestive Enzyme Supplement.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010CAMX02/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

2. I use a silver based nasal spray called ACS.

Silver naturally kills bacteria, fungus etc. You may read articles calling silver "quackary"; however, it works so well that in wound care clinics the bandages are infused with silver due to its antimicrobial properties.

Using silver as a nasal spray has a couple of benefits. It not only goes through my sinuses and nasal passages, it can spread through the interstitial fluid to the maxilla.

ACS Nasal Spray Extra Strength:
https://www.amazon.com/ACS-200-Extra-Strength-NASAL/dp/B00D6THL2W/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1471403202&sr=8-1&keywords=ACS+nasal+spray

3. After I shower in the morning, I use over-the-counter hydrogen peroxide on a Q-tip to clean my ears.

4. Once the peroxide dries, I use another silver gel again on Q-tips in my ears and in my nose. It's called ASAP 365 Silver Gel.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0016SJLD2/ref=sxr_rr_xsim1_s_it?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=2286650982&pf_rd_r=DVFGAW144PTFW9H3BKGR&pd_rd_wg=yHp44&pf_rd_s=desktop-rhs-carousels&pf_rd_t=301&pd_rd_w=McZI5&pf_rd_i=ASAP&pd_rd_r=3XDSHBDACQ6BQ1Y25TF1&ie=UTF8&qid=1471403322&sr=1

Can this help you too?  I can't answer that, but it is probably less harmful than any mainstream "medical treatment".

In my case, the perpetual lump that I have had in the right upper jaw since about 2008, continues to shrink.

The left upper and lower jaw also seem to be doing better.

The left ear symptoms that I have, I believe are from a pinched nerve in my neck. These symptoms vary depending on what position I sleep in. When I use my cervical traction unit (also purchased on Amazon  https://www.amazon.com/AshopZ-Portable-Cervical-Traction-Inflatable/dp/B01BZSLQJY/ref=sr_1_17_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1471403947&sr=8-17&keywords=cervical+traction), the symptoms decrease for a while.

Thanks for reading. Hope that this helps :D

Enzyme Therapy:

Recently a patient of mine came in telling me about Enzyme Therapy.

This intrigued me, as previously I have been put on liver enzymes (by a holistic provider) for treatment of a gouty, painful issue with my right big toe. I took the enzymes for a few weeks and didn't notice much difference. Due to all of the other supplements that I take, I stopped the liver enzymes.

Several weeks later, I noticed that my toe wasn't hurting any more. I was able to walk and hike over uneven surfaces. The redness around my toe joint had subsided, the lump was smaller (but still present) and my range of motion was pain-free!

I've been taking digestive enzymes for a long time, but despite the problem with my toe had developed. I am convinced now that the liver enzymes were what had relieved me of the toe pain, they just took a while to work and they kept working even after stopping them.

So back on topic, my patient started telling me about enzyme therapy. She recommended that I go to the website http://www.litalee.com/  I did and was further intrigued. The information provided on the site is invaluable.

Unfortunately since I have had to fork over $1300 for a CT Scan that the ENT has still not bothered to follow-up on. Oh yeh and then there was Christmas. I don't have the money in my budget to order the urinalysis test. I'll have to wait a couple more weeks.

My patient; however, recommended that I go a head and start on a comprehensive enzyme supplement recommended to her by Lita Lee. I found the supplement on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Natural-Nutra-Completely-Digestion-Vegetarian/dp/B010CAMX02/ref=sr_1_2?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1451970370&sr=1-2&keywords=enzyme+complex+nutra

The reviews on the product, speak for it's quality.

I have been using them about 2 weeks, taking 2-3 a day, just before meals. The lump of infected bone that I still have inside my mouth on the upper right is shrinking. I have another lump of bone under my jaw on the left. It also has reduced by at least 30%.  My big toe is further improving. And I have a ganglion cyst on my right wrist that has been there for about 5 years, has shrunk about 50%.

I find this very exciting. It is possible that EVERYTHING that I have been gone through for the last 6 years could have been reversed if I had only been put on a good comprehensive enzyme when I first complained to an oral surgeon about my jaw feeling swollen in the back.

Instead without any x-rays or other diagnostic testing being done, I was told by the oral surgeon, "I don't see anything", completely blown off, allowing for the parasitic infection in my jaw bone to explode to a point that I have now lost 6 perfectly good teeth, had a significant amount of bone from my jaw removed, given up my business and am about $100,000.00 dollars in debt from mostly needless, unhelpful and harmful mainstream medical treatment!!!!!

You see enzymes have the ability to destroy bacteria, parasites, mold, fungus etc etc. Just like when you dump enzymes in your septic system...enzymes eat ...CRAP..and that applies to when they are put in your body to. They have the ability to eat away the bad stuff in the body. That is a very general description, but you should get the idea. And more info is on the website I mentioned above.

Coincidentally, I also have run a crossed another enzyme supplement that is a metabolic enzyme instead of a digestive enzyme. I received my bottle today and am excited about the possible benefits. Metabolic enzymes are taken between meals to help clean up the stuff in the body, that is not supposed to be there.

Enzymes are normally found in our bodies and we literally die without them. By age 27, the body slows down the production of enzymes. We need to restore our enzymes by eating raw foods or taking supplements, but do doctors every tell us this?

For the first time in quite a while, I feel hopeful about a future.

Here is the link for that supplement: http://www.losethebackpain.com/inflammation5.html. There is really good information on this site too! It may appear off topic, but keep scrolling and reading and there is a lot of good information there.

I will let you all know how it goes..

Thanks for reading and may this information help you to have a HAPPY NEW YEAR :D.

Ain't That Grand!

As I put in my last post, I was preparing to finally report all 85 incompetent doctors that I have seen to the AMA and write bad, but true reviews about them when I see on the news a doctor suing a patient because of a bad review. So I google it and find that doctors are not only suing for bad reviews, but for complaints to the AMA.

So basically in America, doctors can treat you badly, belittle your legitimate health problems, make inappropriate referrals, or ignore your complaints which could ultimately lead to death and refer you to counseling instead of for appropriate testing and you as the patient and consumer have no recourse...ain't that grand!!!

The patient I mentioned in the last post, died this week...

Had my letter to his doctor in mid-October not have been ignored, it is possible that he could have lived a few months longer. I believe the infection wiped him out..pure negligence. And the reason that I know that he died, someone overheard the doctor talking to someone in the hallway of the hospital, by name. A big HIPAA violation..I called his wife tonight to offer my condolences and it was confirmed.

All actions there completely inexcusable..

WHAT A WASTE..

Finally after waiting 3 weeks for the incompetent ENT to order a CT of my temporal bone, the test was ordered and then done. It was done 2 weeks ago, do you think the doctor called me with the results? Of course not. I had to get my results from the hospital's medical records.

Fortunately it was negative. Assuming the radiologist read it correctly and I have little faith in that too.

But really where does that leave me. The left side of my head is still tingling and swollen and I have occasional pain in the left ear. I, the person who never takes anything for pain, have started taking 3-4 ibuprofen every morning, as well as a supplement for lymphatic drainage and vitamin C. It has masked the symptoms well for 2 weeks, but today my head, left ear and left eye is back to tingling. My left eye was watering a lot last night and today. Quite the psychological manifestation. Oh and yeh, now I have $1300.00 that I have to pay for my insurance deductible for the CT scan, plus a $60.00 co-pay for the incompetent ENT and a $30.00 co-pay for the even more incompetent GP.

Tomorrow, I am starting my letter to the American Medical Association to report all of the doctors and dentists that have misdiagnosed me and treated me disrespectfully. I am going to file complaints against every last one of them, as I should have done a long time ago.

These latest two have been the worst.

I have nothing left to lose, I can't get help anyways. It's cost me thousands of dollars to be repeatedly misdiagnosed and treated like shit, gradually chipping away at this problem. It's time for these doctors to be held accountable. I wish I could sue them all for malpractice, but apparently since they haven't completely killed me yet I probably have no case. Although again, I think that I could go after the last two for negligence.

The GP I recently saw also is a primary referrer at the practice that I currently am working at. Due to his negligence, one of our mutual patient's has now been placed on hospice. I can't get into the details, but if he had taken action on 10/13/15 when I notified him about the patient's decline in status and put the patient on antibiotics then, the patient may not be so close to death now. Pure negligence on the doctor's part. It is infuriating! And the patient's wife is still enamored by the incompetent doctor. I don't know how he sleeps at night, unless he's smoking some weed before he goes to bed. He make diagnosis like he is on weed..or crack.

May he lose his license soon!

MEDICAL ERRORS...THE THIRD LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH IN THE US!!! Just saying...

Extremely angry, frustrated and can't sleep tonight. I don't know why I thought going to a mainstream doctor would have any benefit. Nothing has changed in 6 years. They are all still idiots!!!

Do they no longer teach differential diagnosis???  Is everything considered a psycho-somatic manifestation of an all mighty and powerful mind???

How dare they blame my symptoms on "facial pain"/insanity....seriously it IS like I am starting the battle all over again and after 6+ years, I have no fight left. And their only reason for this diagnosis is because I broke out in hives talking to them and then eventually tears when I figured out that I am once again wasting my money and talking to myself. I might as well go to a doctor, hand them $100 bucks and say BLAH BLAH BLAH, because that is all they hear!

Well hear this you over educated, but yet uneducated morons!!! I have broken out in hives since at least middle school anytime I get nervous, long before this problem! Perhaps YOU ALL should listen to what I have to say and my hives and tears would go away! Did you ever think of that????

I'm going to start wearing turtle necks to appointments, then they won't be able to see the hives that they cause, so then I won't be crazy right??

How about this, DOCTORS.. How about actually doing a CT scan? Not just telling me that you are going to order one, then fart around emailing your buddies and never getting it done. HOW ABOUT THAT, before you make ridiculous unfounded diagnosis?  HOW ABOUT DOING THE JOB I AS THE CONSUMER IS PAYING YOU TO DO???  Instead of placing unfounded judgement on me..

Do any of you DOCTORS ever think about how when you get through making your irrational mistaken diagnosis and then send your patients to physical therapy without doing the proper medical testing first, that someone has to try to, in a politically correct way, clean up your messes?  Yep that would be me, you jerks!!! I get to hear all day long about how lousy doctors are, except from the few that you have charmed. Then I have to sit and listen to the irrational gushing over how great you are when I know that your diagnosis isn't even close to being correct.

Just today I told someone that they DON'T have fibromyalgia, that it is something doctors made up to avoid actually figuring out what the problem is. It has become a garbage can term for EVERYONE that has pain. This person has legitimate rheumatoid arthritis and has had significant trauma that has left her with joint restrictions and muscle imbalances. LEGITIMATE problems, not some psychosomatic mumble jumble disease invented by doctors that want to take and easy way out and not really listen to the patient's history. And has she had any MRIs or x-rays in recent years to get that diagnosis. NO.

So not only am I trying to fight for myself right now, but I am fighting for at minimum 30 other people at the same time. My patience isn't running out with the stupidity. IT'S done!

What a waste! Doctors ARE what is wrong with healthcare in America today. They haven't a f'ing clue! Like our mothers used to say "we have 2 ears and one mouth"!!

Every 2 years I have to complete a medical errors course to meet my PT license requirements, among other things. I don't remember exactly when the change occurred, but medical errors were the 6th leading cause of death in the US, but NOW they are the third. So perhaps you think I am just ranting to rant, the stats do the speaking. In order for MEDICAL ERRORS to become the 3rd leading cause of death in the country, something must have happened to the quality of care! 6th isn't good, but 3rd is a whole lot worse.

So tonight, since I am once again diagnosed as being crazy, I can say out loud..I was talking to God. I vented my anger and frustration, I begged him to end it. I'm fine with him ending it ALL. I just want to be done (interpret that however you like, but I don't want CPR or resuscitation of any sorts..I'm done)  and the message I heard back was ..."they are the idiots not you, keep fighting.."... somehow that made me feel better, although it is 1 am and I have to be up by 5 am and I am not asleep or in bed yet..ugh.

Thank you for reading and I hope that if you too are fighting the battle of the ignorant, that you are able to find answers soon..the correct answers, not made up nonsense and BS, but something based on actual medical tests.

It's sad when you actually hope for a brain tumor, just so that you can look at a doctor and say "see I told you so"....Of course I really hope not for one, so that I can go back to holistic medicine and avoid dealing with these horrible people..called by some.. "DOCTORS".

Enough is Enough...

1.5 years it has taken me to get the courage to see an ENT again.
Thirteen days since I saw an ENT.
Thirteen days since I was told that my left ear and head pain is not an infection, but possibly a tumor
(but more likely me just being a crazy fruitcake or was so implied)
Thirteen days, four phone calls to the ENT office with only one return phone call where the person calling didn't leave her name and only left a message telling me to call them back.
Two phone calls to them since then.
Zero return calls from them since.
Zero referrals for a CT scan..
A million tears shed today before work and after work from frustration with the horrible quality of mainstream doctors in America!!

Do I think it's a tumor? Probably not, but WHO KNOWS. I NEED A CT SCAN or MRI to figure that out and I have had cancer before that was bad enough that my abdominal lymph nodes were double their correct size.

My current ear and head pain, pressure, nastiness started about 1.5 years ago. In this time I have seen a family doctor once for a thyroid med refill and antibiotics for this problem. And I have had jaw surgery on the left side, but that was with a holistic dentist, so self-pay. So in 1.5 years, I have paid at least $3600.00 in insurance premiums for about $100.00 of treatment, what a waste! I don't think it is too much to ask an ENT to do what they say they will do and order a CT scan when I am the one paying the premiums and paying my deductible. I will be billed a co-pay to see him and my insurance is going to pay him...should I not get something for my money? IN A TIMELY MANNER?? It took 3 weeks to get the appointment and now two more weeks and no referral for a CT. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

So today I went to see a GP. Once again a nightmare!

I feel like I am back to square one! Six years ago or something like that (I've lost count) when this freakin nightmare started. The doctors are once again writing me off as a crazy person with "facial pain" of unknown origin. Then they wonder why I am emotional. I am so sick of wasting my hard earned money on idiots!!! The one today actually said that the holistic supplement therapy that I have taken for the parasitic based infection that I had was probably a placebo effect! REALLY..!! I was on high doses of antibiotics for well over a year and all they did for me was kill all the good bacteria in my gut, give me reflux and prevent me from dying. They didn't fix anything!  I didn't start getting better until I started the supplements for parasites.  I told him that the only reason I switched to holistic was because mainstream doctors don't listen.

I am back to the point of preferring premature death over seeing another mainstream doctor ever again in my life!!   With that said, supposedly he is going to encourage the ENT to order the CT.. So I am going to have to continue to play the game.  I'm so ready to say "GAME OVER"!!

New Age Torture...

It has been three months since the last surgery on my jaw. My jaw has been better although I still have one spot at the angle of my jaw, a little too deep to get to through my mouth. Otherwise my jaw has been doing good.

My other symptoms are unchanged. Possibly worse. Some days worse than others. Some nights I don't think that I am going to wake up the next morning. Some nights I beg and pray to God that I don't..

I continue to have stabbing pain in my left ear. I have worked on my TMJ with ultrasound and stretching. My jaw is looser, but the pain did not subside. So I am quite sure it is not TMJ dysfunction. I have previously been put on antibiotics (twice) for the symptoms. They resolved temporarily. I have tried a lot of holistic treatments, also with temporary relief. Last week I tried a supplement that I have previously used to promote lymphatic drainage and then used Ibuprofen too (which I rarely take), it amazingly helped dramatically  Sounds great, right? NO I had finally caved and made an appointment with an ENT. And when you see an ENT, you want your symptoms to be there or they really don't believe there is a problem!!  The break from the symptoms was great, but the timing couldn't have been worse!

Where I am working right now, medical care is limited. There is one ENT that travels to this area once a month. I didn't bring my car with me, so it is not easy to leave this area. I am working 5 days a week and have my own patients to deal with, so time off is very discouraged. So like I said, I caved.

I went to the only option...he barely evaluated me. Didn't take vitals. Briefly looked in my nose, ears and mouth. I told him that my antitragus was swollen and got an anatomy lesson on the neonatal origination of the folds of the ears.

Then he told me that there is "NO way THOSE ears are infected".  Ok yes I am a Q-tip abuser and I have been trying lots of holistic remedies in my ears. You could eat out of my ears!! Then he said that I needed a temporal CT. I asked what the CT would be looking at. I was trying to find out if it included the internal auditory canal and what structures would be seen. Instead he said that he would be looking for a tumor. Well okay so whenever a CT is done, ultimately they are looking for a tumor or other abnormalities. The response did not surprise me, except it wasn't what I was asking and didn't answer the question. I pushed further about the internal auditory canal. Then he said an audiogram would find a tumor in the internal auditory canal. He then proceeded to carry on about audiograms, so I asked if he was still going to order the temporal CT. He said that yes I needed both. I told him "great this will be so much easier to deal with when I know for sure that nothing extra was growing in my head".

I left, went back to work. With in 2 hours the audiologist called me and scheduled an appointment. She seemed to know that I was going to get a CT also. I scheduled the audiogram for next week and then I waited. By Monday, I still hadn't heard from the hospital to schedule a CT. I waited until later in the day and then called the doctor's office. They told me, that the doctor's notes weren't done yet. Ok, I'm in the medical field, I understand being overwhelmed by notes. So I asked them to make a note so he would not forget to order the temporal CT.

That was Monday, this is Thursday and I still haven't heard from them.

WHAT kind of person/doctor does that?? Who tells you that they know it is not an infection, it's likely a brain tumor of sorts and then doesn't order the CT scan that could rule it out!

I am so frustrated!! How can one person have such bad luck with doctors???

So I went and made an appointment with a local family doctor for next Wednesday and I guess I will call the ENT's office tomorrow.

However, if you are a doctor and reading this, all I need is a referral for a temporal CT.

Here's my current symptoms:
-Pain, pressure and fullness in the left ear, feels deep inside
-Swelling and redness of the left antitragus
-Pressure and sometimes pain in the temporal area of my head
-Tingling in the temporal area that intermittently goes into the left eye
-Congestion and swelling of the sinus on the left, all the way around the left eye
-Intermittent blurred vision and hearing loss on the left
-Terrible memory
-Intermittent difficulty forming thoughts
-Soreness down the left side of the throat
-Itchiness of the throat and left eye
-Waves of severe nausea, that just started in the last two weeks
-Possibly a low grade temp
-Possibly swelling in the left face
-Pressure below the ear increases pressure in the ear, feels like fluid displaces into the ear or the tissues around the ear.
-Intense sensitivity to noise in the left ear
-Sensitivity to foul oders
-Left eye waters
-Fatigue that is only cured with caffeine.
-I'm miserable...

If anyone can help, get me a referral for the CT that would be great.

If anyone knows a competent ENT or neurologist in the Anacortes, WA to north Seattle area that is experienced with osteomyelitis patients it would be helpful.

If you would like to tell me your problems, please wait.  I feel for you, really I do, but I do not have the mental energy to take on your problems. I am barely dealing with my own..

Thank you for reading..

Karma..

A follow up on my last post.

At the last facility that I worked at there was one particular employee that treated me very poorly. Overall my co-workers there were the most disrespectful that I have ever had the displeasure of working with, but there was one in particular that was just evil and vengeful on a regular basis. For the most part I ignored her and the bad energy. Anyways long story short, I found out today that while she was on vacation recently she fell and broke her knee cap...KARMA..I wish I could bring myself to feel badly for her, but I can't...

I try to go out of my way to be nice to people and they still treat me like crap. I'm fed up with it, I feel like crap and my patience with mean people has run out...why can't we all just get along..

7/15/15

Prior to getting cervical cancer in 2008 followed by 6 years of fighting osteomyelitis of the jaw, I was fit, healthy and got EVERY job that I ever applied for. Hmm..coincidence? (I think not..)

Last fall I returned to Florida and had several job interviews and now in the last few weeks, I have had more in Washington. The funny (ironic) thing is that during the phone interview all of the potential employers are excited to meet me because I have an impressive resume. It also helps that my business, which was primarily me, was voted best in the area where it was located for 6 years in a row.

But then I go to the interview... I'm neat, clean and dressed professionally. but all of a sudden my skills, talent and resume no longer matter, only my waist size does. I don't look like Barbie PT anymore. Frankly some of the employers have been flat rude to me in person, others just don't bother to call me or email me to let me know their decision. (Also rude).

I want to shake them and say don't you know that I have been sick for 6 years!!! But you can't say that, because then they will just think OMG my insurance rates are going to go up or you are going to miss work. Both thoughts also unfounded, since I see primarily holistic doctors that don't take insurance and I go to work. I am on time. I never call in sick. I do a great job. My patient's love me. I am still funny and my patient's never know I am sick.

Some days I can barely hold myself upright, but I am at work (thanks to caffeine). That's the best I can do!

So yep, I am fat now but somehow I AM STILL ABOVE THE GROUND!!  Despite the lousy medical care that I received at the onset of the osteomyelitis which probably caused me to gain weight, I am still here to call you all out!

If you happen upon this, you know who you are and should be ashamed of yourself. How dare you judge me for my weight when you don't know my story. Most of you are healthcare providers. You should know better than to judge when you don't know someone story and struggles.

I've fought and struggled a primarily silent battle with no one to talk to and no one to support me for 6 long years. I have struggled to hide my problems through my work days only to go home and collapse into the couch in pure fatigue, pain and exhaustion after having had my energy sucked out of me by my patients and their problems.

I never play the single mother card, but here it is. I can't not work. I have a son to support. Yep he's old enough to support himself, but so far he isn't and he depends upon me. So it doesn't matter how I feel. I have to be at work to pay the bills.

It's good that there are still traveling therapy jobs that depend upon phone interviews only or I would be unemployed and homeless! (Or I could stay where I am at now since my current boss would like to keep me).

With all this said, I want to say THANK YOU to ALL of the UNETHICAL employers that have interviewed me in Florida and Washington, that don't seem to realize that DISCRIMINATION is ILLEGAL!

I am glad that I am overweight, so that your true colors are seen right upfront. I would NEVER want to work for someone that judges my abilities as a physical therapist by my waist size not my resume and references.

You all should also know that KARMA is a not good to people that treat me bad.  It's nothing I do, I am just taken care of by higher powers.  For example one employer treated me very unprofessionally while I was in Florida. It was a neurology group practice.  They are no longer a group and it took them 9 months to find a therapist to replace me..karma.

So if you are one of these unethical judgmental schmucks that have determined my ability to work as a physical therapist by my waist size and then have lied to me about choosing a different therapist for your clinic when there is no other therapist... you may look forward to business struggles in the near future. after all karma is a b....

Thank you God for watching over me, taking care of me ... and those that seek to harm me...:D

PS: What all of you don't know is that I am doing much better now. My energy is improving. I wear my FitBit every day, average walking 29+ miles a week and log all of my calories. I am going to beat this too and when I have I will be back to being thin and fit, but you will still not have a quality therapist...Need I say it again... karma...:T

Seriously..6/30/15

Last Thursday, I had the 10th or 11th debridement surgery on my jaw. So I have 8 -10 stitches in my jaw on the left side. The left side is where I typically chew because I have more teeth remaining on that side. This means I have to pretty much gum my food on the right or chew with my front teeth (yeh don't watch me eat right now, it's not attractive).

So you would think that I would have been able to drop a couple pounds over the last few days. NOPE, not me.  I gained the 6 pounds (!) back that I had worked so hard to lose over the last two weeks. Seriously I didn't eat THAT much jello!  So frustrating!!!

June 25, 2015 Here I go again..

I have been waiting until the lump in the right maxilla goes away, to write. Unfortunately it's still there, but very slowly shrinking. The lump causes a lot of inflammation in my right cheek that I can feel. The size of the area of inflammation has drastically decreased, but is still really annoying.

In November, I returned to Florida from Washington. It was an ungodly hot winter in South Florida and apparently a very nice winter in Washington (my luck).

I tried to change my profession to being a custom landscape and wildlife photographer to escape the mental stress and strain that comes along with dealing with other peoples pains and problems as happens when you are a physical therapist (PT).

Unfortunately I didn't have the funds to keep going until it was successful. I still have my website www.dmhallphotography.com and my photos look amazing framed or on canvases, just saying..it's still a work in progress, but after working all day as a PT, still fighting the OM and trying to get back in shape, I don't have a lot of left over energy to work on my photography site.

So I returned to working as a physical therapist in Florida, but over the last year my left jaw lumps and pain have gotten worse. My left ear became the worst and felt like there was a knife in it fairly constantly. I had trouble hearing. The left side of my face frequently went numb, which made it hard to think and my left eye occasionally watered. I started using peroxide, alcohol and ASAP silver gel in my ears and the ASAP silver and Flonase in my nose every day. This combination worked to control the symptoms most days, but I was still feeling this overall increase in symptoms.

The job in Florida, did not go well. I won't get into details, but the hours ended up being much much longer than they should have been and the pay was salaried. In the end I wasn't making enough to pay the bills and didn't have time for a second job to make up for the difference. I also was perpetually worried and scared about how to proceed with my worsening jaw symptoms. As from past experience, I know that there is no help to be found in Florida.

My friends in Washington, at the last facility that I worked at, started texting me that they were short staffed and needed help. In a somewhat rash and rapid decision, I gave notice and returned to Washington. It made the most sense. I could work a decent ethical job and get the medical care that I needed by the competent and caring people that I already owe my life to.

Long story short.  I followed up with Larry Ward at Comprehensive Medical in Kirkland, was put on holistic remedies specific to my needs and returned to Dr. Borneman in Anacortes.

Today, I am happy to say, I have had my 10th and 11th debridement surgeries. This was the 3rd time for my left posterior maxilla and mandible. It was aggressive and I think thorough. Usually shortly after the surgeries, my tongue roams lightly back there to remaining lumps and my heart sinks as I know the lumps weren't fully removed.  This time, there are no lumps remaining !!!

I had an excess growth of bone that had formed under my mandible on the left. I could trace the channel up from the lump into my jaw. Since the surgery, this bony growth area is really really sore, so I am very hopeful that it will go away.

I am excited and hopeful that this journey (freaking nightmare) will be over soon!

August 22, 2014

Still plugging along. Continue to have a small lump in the right posterior maxilla. It is slowly getting smaller and I can't wait for the day when I can post that it is gone.

My left maxilla and mandible are doing weird things. About a month ago the lump that I have in the left posterior maxilla got bigger, then real hard and painful. It drained some and after several days calmed back down. Now for the last two weeks I have developed cysts way in the back of my mouth on the left. They are like bubbles of fluid about the size of a pencil eraser. When I go to break them open, they turn to blood blisters and then pop. In a few days, it clears up and goes away. The lump seems to be a little smaller.

At this time I have returned to Washington state to help out with the last facility I worked at.

Since I am here (in Washington) I have scheduled an appointment with Larry Ward at Comprehensive Medical in Kirkland, WA for further evaluation using the electrodermal system. He is so busy that I can't get in until Oct 20, 2014. He is worth the wait though. Only problem is I plan to leave from there and head back to Florida. So if I need anything surgical done, it will have to wait until next spring. I love Washington during all seasons except winter!

In the last year..

It's been almost  a year since I posted. I try to ignore the abnormalities in my head and pretend to be normal. Sometimes I think I do it too well. When I meet people, they have no clue.

I have been subjected to several comments about being overweight. I'm not going to launch into the whole problem, so I just ignore the obnoxious comments, looks and judgments. So I'm not skinny anymore, but I am above the ground! I guess it's one of those life lessons. Actually this whole thing has been a life lesson in patience and tolerance.  Well I'm still impatient! I'm ready to be done with it! And I am definitely less tolerant of incompetence, poor treatment and stupidity.

I left off last year right after surgery on the left side of my jaw by Dr. Borneman in Anacortes, Wa. The left side is much better. My left ear no longer feels like there is a knife in it, but it still feels a little stuffy. My hearing isn't as good on that side. My left sinuses and left eye frequently feel like I have bugs crawling around in them. I wake up in the morning with my left eye watering.

The problem on the left side was also found to be parasitic in nature, so I have been on a variety of holistic remedies for parasites, which has helped a lot.

On Oct 10, 2013, I was scheduled for surgery on the right side on my jaw (upper & lower).

I took a short-term physical therapy assignment in Oak Harbor, Wa in order to be close to the dentist. I found a little furnished apartment close to the facility. I noticed it smelled musty, but thought if the windows were opened the smell would go away. Once I moved in I discovered that the windows were solid plate glass and didn't open. Long story really short, the smell was from excessive mold. After about a month, my shoes and the furniture started turning green.  I had an indoor air quality test done and the mold spore count in the bedroom was 87,000 spores/m3. Outside the mold spore count was 480 spores/m3. Ten times the outside count is considered abnormal. The count in the bedroom was 180 times greater.

Oct 10, 2013 came around. I was really anticipating getting rid of this nasty lump in my right upper jaw. Electrodermal testing was completed. I was asked if I had been subjected to any environmental toxins and told that I wasn't ready to have surgery. My immune system was too compromised. Surgery was rescheduled to December 10, 2013.

I had really been looking forward to returning to Florida and NOT being in the great northwest for another miserable winter, plus my work contract was up November 30, 2013.

December came around. Prior to the date of the surgery I went to Kirkland, Wa to visit Larry Ward. Larry does the electrodermal testing. Once again I was told that surgery was inappropriate due to my poor immune system. I needed at least 2 more months on with the anti-parasitic supplements.  I also needed treated for mold exposure and for a water parasite. I used tap water to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth and the tap water in the Oak Harbor area is known for having parasites in it (per Larry). Ironically the OH city hall office has a brochure on why tap water is superior to bottled water. This area is also known to have a high level of developmental problems in children..hmm.

Surgery was once again rescheduled. This time for Feb 28, 2014. Fortunately for me, I was able to extend my work contract through March 28, 2014 and back in October I moved into a nice clean not moldy apartment on a month-to-month basis.  Unfortunately for me, I was still stuck with the frequently painful, nasty tasting, nauseating abscesses draining from the right upper jaw and the lump that I wanted so badly to dig out with a potato peeler or my tongue.

A few days before February 28, 2014, I got a sinus infection. I'm sure it was caused by the jaw bone infection. I had seen Larry a few days before it started and he had okay-ed me for surgery. I started taking some antibiotics in hopes that the sinus infection would go away. It was a little better, but I sounded horrible. Despite the sinus infection and because it was most likely from my jaw bone, Dr. Borneman and Larry Ward proceeded with the surgery on the right upper and lower jaw.

Dr. Borneman dug deep up into the worst area, but despite that once again a lump was left back there. I know that Dr. Bornamen went far enough back as a stitch was in the middle of the lump. The lump is way back on the right where my wisdom tooth was, but the lump extends up into the roof of my mouth. I like the roof of my mouth and would like to keep it.  The thought of having it dug out doesn't excite me and the lump appears to be shrinking on it's own.

About 3 weeks ago, my stomach got really upset. I could taste the drainage from the lump. Everything tasted bad including water. It gradually got worse, to a point that I was not able to digest anything. Usually when a big abscess drains, I get sick to my stomach for a couple of days and then throw-up.  This time, it was the other GI problem. I went to a walk-in clinic, because Larry Ward was booked up. I had lab work done and gave stool samples.

As always with me, nothing showed any problems. I am the picture of perfect health, even when about to die.  Sounds dramatic, but I was to a point I couldn't even drink water without upsetting my stomach. I was so dehydrated that they had trouble finding my veins.

So the doctor tells me that everything is fine. I'm like, but I can't even drink water. So as an after thought she put me on Flagel, a pretty potent antibiotic.  It took several days for my stomach to get back to feeling almost normal. It also seemed to have helped my sinuses on the left. I have a fear that it really is parasitic and the antibiotics are only a temporary fix, since I am 90% sure that it was caused from drainage of an abscess. Of course when you say things like that to traditional doctors, they dismiss it.

When I think about it, I get really annoyed with the fact that this has cost my medical insurance over $250,000.00 since the onset 5 years ago. Plus at least $50,000.00 out of pocket for me, when it literally could have cost about $3600.00 if I had known about and just seen Dr. Borneman to begin with and if he would have removed the entire lump the first time.

It's not just the cost. It's really been a loss of 5 years of my life and nearly a loss of my life due to the incompetence of mainstream medical.

For now, I have faith that with more time, the right side is going to continue to get better. The left side, I don't know.  I will give it until next spring. If it is still a problem, I will see Dr. Borneman again.

I'm leaving Washington finally now and heading back to Florida. My work contract ended and I wasn't able to extend any longer, plus I was ready to move on.

I have decided to take a break from physical therapy. I am exploring being a travel writer/blogger and photographer. It is a long drive back to Florida. There is a lot to photograph and a lot to write about.

It also is providing me a much needed break from dealing with other people's pains and problems. Taking on the energy of others that are in pain, is very fatiguing when you are fighting when you are trying to heal yourself.

If you would like to check out my travel blog, it is www.smalltownreview.com or my photography site is www.dmhallphotography.com.  Both businesses can be found on Facebook too.

Thanks for reading.

Surgery #5

Yesterday I had surgery #5 to remove necrotic bone in the left upper jaw and left lower.  The lump I had in the left maxilla came back since the last surgery in Jan 2013.

This time the surgery was different.  It was completed by a biological dentist while having electrodermal screening done.  The electrodermal screening provides biofeedback.  It takes the guess work out of finding the margins of the infected and/or necrotic bone, so that the doctor is more likely to remove all of the bad tissue.

Electrodermal testing also indicated that my infection is parasitic in nature, which is why antibiotics did not stop the destruction of the bone or stop the infection.

Most likely the parasites came from sand flies.  Having lived in southern Florida for the last 16 years, sand flies are an issue on the beaches.

I; however, rarely went to the beach. I worked a lot and had a pool, no reason to go to the beach.  Just this one time I went for a photo shoot. I had completed a 5 day, 300 mile charity bike ride six weeks after having a radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.  It was an honor and privilege to have my photos taken for "free" for the non-profit's magazine as over 1.2 million magazines are printed and distributed.  Neither the photographer or I remembered to bring bug spray.  We spent nearly 3 hours getting bitten by sand flies.  I was covered head to toe with bites.

You have seen one of these photos.  It is my favorite photo of myself.  I was strong, vibrant, energetic and unstoppable.  It is my profile picture.  It is the same picture that I look at to remember how I used to be..and it is most likely the reason I have been fighting for my life for nearly 5 years.  That "free" picture has cost me over $200,000.00 in medical bills and still counting.  Ironic...

So now I am being treated for the parasite as well as really focusing on my diet to improve my immune system.

I will have surgery again to the right maxilla and mandible in Oct.  And then I hope to be done with it!

I have only made it this far though by persistence, holistic medicine, IV vitamin infusions, vitamin C, probiotics and other supplements.  If I had followed the advice of the mainstream doctors, I would have died 3 years ago.

Still fighting..

It's been quite awhile since I posted, thank you all for your comments and concerns.  I guess I was just trying to live and not fixate on the symptoms.  It's reached a point now that I can't ignore them anymore.

Like all chronic illnesses, I have good days(months) and bad ones. Right now, the bad are overriding that good.

From July 2012-Oct 2012, I was doing pretty good.  Had good energy.  Was still fighting the lump in the right posterior maxilla and it's nearly perpetual drainage, but doing well.  Somewhere around Oct  2012, the area of the left posterior maxilla, suddenly got worse and a lump developed.  I went back to Dr. Berger and had surgery on it in Jan 2013.  I wanted it removed, before it got as bad as the right is. I really thought he got the entire lump.  My energy was great for a few weeks, but, since then it's been an overall gradual decline, with a few good days to fool me in between.

The last 2 months, I have been worse than I been in a long time, like since Dec 2010.  Several nights, I have gone to sleep wondering if I'm going to wake up the next morning.  Despite this I wake up in the morning, force myself out of bed (my bladder generally gets me up..lol..), go to work and have to pretend that I am fine.  I spent 3 weeks really dizzy, then moved onto the acidic drainage from the right maxilla making me nauseous and belching to stabbing gallbladder pain. Which thanks to this I had to have my gallbladder removed, so it shouldn't really be hurting.  Then in the last two weeks, throbbing pain in my left lower jaw that moved into a knife in my left ear and a sinus infection.  It was very weird.

And now to make a long story short, I just feel like crap and have no energy.  The lump on the right maxilla is draining, the lump on the left that was removed in Jan this year, has grown back. The left lower jaw has suddenly become worse causing me to not be able to hear much out of my left ear and I have an occasional knife in my left temple.

Yesterday I went to a biological dentist in Anacortes, WA and had Electrodermal testing done.  It was interesting and confirmed all of my problems.  (I wanted to say "I told you so", but I behaved).  It was recommended that I have surgery on all 4 areas, while they complete the Electrodermal testing to make sure that they get all of the dead or infected tissue out.  It sounds like a possible end to all of this. If I didn't feel so crappy and weary, I would be overjoyed.  They also referred me to a holistic nutritionist to help with the gallbladder and sluggish liver issues that I'm having due to the perpetual battle with all the toxins in my body and to help rebuild my immune system prior to more surgery.

So this morning I dug out some leftover antibiotics and put myself back on them so that I would make it through the work day, find some enthusiasm and have the energy to continue the fight.  I feel a little better already.  I know a holistic doctor probably would not recommend the antibiotics, but I need something to prevent me from keeling over before I hopefully finally get real help. The antibiotics aren't going to stop the disease, they haven't so far, but they do generally help give me a boost through the worst times and to be blunt, prevent me from dying or feeling like I'm on the brink.

If you were to run across me, you'd probably just think I'm a little fat (50# weight gain thanks to all this), very white (pasty, pale), but healthy middle age female.  If you were to happen to say "how are you today?"...... "I'm fine"...I'm a good faker.

Thank you for reading..I wish you the best and hope that you find good, effective treatment for the problems that you are experiencing...

Ugh..will it ever end

I know that I am much better than I was in December of 2010 when I was septic and on the edge of a six foot hole in the ground, but lately I have had one abscess after another drain.  Right now, one's not even waiting for another to finish.  I have 4 open abscesses, draining crap right now. It is so nasty, so wishing I could dig the remaining lump out of my right maxilla.  My right and left mandible are also jumping into the game and have abscesses.

A couple weeks ago, I went to the oral surgeon for him to look at a place in the left mandible.  He actually saw it, for a change.  Although I think he normally sees and feels things, but acts like he doesn't.  Anyways, he said it looked like I had traumatized the soft tissue somehow and if it didn't heal up to come back, but he wasn't sure what he would do with it... It's healed up, but not right, but why go back if he needs to be told how to fix it.

For 5 years, I have been trying to move to Washington.  In October I merged my business with another and next week I am heading west.  I am hoping to find someone out there with a brain.  I'm thinking I will start by going to the University of Washington dental school to get my teeth cleaned.

All I can say, is may I please have a mouth full of abscesses, like I have now, when I go.  That might get their attention.
